must commit drilling by 31 dec, page-11

Thanks for all opinions.
If not commit drilling by the end of this year MEO will lose all (70%).
With 2 ½ months to go, can MEO do it? Will jv (if any) happily joint in with that tight frame condition?
Can MEO or jv (if any) just simply bring the rig to that site at any time they want (within that time frame) to meet the condition? Or just simply ann they will commit without strong evident that they can do ?
Hard answer and nothing sure. So I picked CNP @ 30/30.5 yesterday much cheaper MEO as jv may delay further or may not happen at all. I can be WRONG plse DYOR. Good luck.
