    Not sure if anyone noticed but DT mentioned DW8 has a DIFOT (Delivery In Full & On Time) of 99% which is crazy!
    This is not a key metric, but one that the team looks at closely I guess.
    No wonder the Net Promoter Score is 80+

    And now that AusPost, Toll, DHL and other couriers are having employee strikes and long delivery delays - they have a DIFOT of 40-50%!
    DW8 is smart in capitalising on this macro-economic weakness.
