If cap raising is required then sp will be hit regardless, & from what i've seen of them, RI: sp tumbles in panic straight to new issue price, SI controlled fall to maximise profit but goes to issue price, cap raising to a long term holder has the best chace of not being dumped.
I'm hopeful this is quite a small placement as it says "some" instos, either the others didnt like the price or they didnt need that much money.
