Most of the update is logical but I am not sure why 'reducing debt as the interest rates are record low' is an obvious choice? Especially, when paying it early will results in penalty payment of 11m!
I was hoping for it to go a bit more down and will certainly buy once it is touching 60's. Another day or two of selling may provide the opportunity.
