I have plenty of negative views, but I have investigated them, weighed them up and come to my conclusion which is overall positive for my investment. People including me in the past have a stigma about Africa, but to be honest I'd rather be investing there than some places in Australia sometimes, the wage cost in Australia is insane, plus all the red tape, plus problems with 1 nation people which I think will increase over time

Africa has a bad history with corruption, but they are trying to get better and get clean as they need foreign investment, due to the stigma there are some major opportunities AVZ is one that is currently coming to fruition,
