Market is also forward looking.
take for example TESLA, it didn't get to the price it was on the back of revenue and profit alone!
If it was based on revenue and profit alone, its valuation is way overcooked compared to peers in its same industry!
Just add the fact that they make it sound shnazzy with its a tech co along with being a car manufacturer and that inflates the valuation!
