That is true about the foundations...but an apartment building with walls, roof, windows and doors is a lot more simple then designing cruicial feed and engineering designs. Did you include robotics in your house? Or a solvent recovery system?
i agree that things will happen quickly but i dont believe in Magnis's percentages. Your saying progress isn't quantifiable but Magnis can quantify progress down to 0.5 of a percent. That in itself is misleading on their behalf as your right there is no international standard on that part which has always led me to believe there will be delays.
it doesnt sound like they have a plan, it still sounds like they are working with Ramboll as well as other vendors on how to construct it.
Still working through crucial design feed info in late October.
