    What if certain members of the board were told that share holders with a certain percentage of votes were looking to place a vote of no confidence in those directors of the present board.
    If those members saw that they would be defeated,they would be looking to do the best deal for them selves when being pushed out the door with out doing too much harm to them selves and the company.
