Not sure where you got your figures from or how? 10M and 20% dilution? Wow. Based on what? Show me your calcs mate. I'm deadset intrigued (and laughing). Someone dumps a few hundred K shares today into someone else's few hundred K shares and all of a sudden SP is struggling?

MEM is not for you and that's OK. But if it is, cool also. But I'd expect you to wait until your predicted 20% dilution has been been thoroughly rinsed.
