How much do you think they need for commercialisation?
Selling products needs decent seed capital. I might be off when I say $10m, but I don’t think it’s out of the question. Happy to revisit at the Feb raise and admit I’m wrong if I’m way off.
Dilution percentage used is as at today only, if they announce a deal in between, maybe dilution is only 5-10%.
