westcott. its called experience and intuition. a far cry from paranoia....how can i call your opinion paranoid? simple, look at some of the things being posted? for example, BHP (or whoever) might not want to bid because they think a few holders might be banding together to stop it. LOL, this has to be one of the funniest things I have read in a long time. Do you really think BHP (or whoever) gives two hoots about whether a few minority holders on Hotcopper might not like their proposal. They are the big Australian for a reason. They get what they want.

Keep the game simple and you will win more. Think too hard and you'll just get confused.
