    Skin in the game:
I am a float investor and have significantly more than 5,000 shares, so i'll (hopefully) always be in the green - but I understand that some people who bought at $1.50/$1.60 are agitated (maybe you are included). But if you can't see the potential of the business and can't stomach the short-term volatility, then this isn't for you. This is a "throw it in the bottom draw, check in 5 years" type of stock, and certainly one that doesn't need to be micromanaged by HotCopper participants.

    Management:
By no means is this the fault of management nor the hospitals. Look at the management team of 4DX and their other current or previous board positions and its evident that they are one of the most equipped teams out there. By saying they're not 'extracting value' is an a completely ignorant position to take consider trials are being undertaken at the top medical centres/universities in the world. A seal of approval from those institutions could extract more value than any other avenue.

    Hospitals:
If you were a business, and someone came to you with a speculative technology offer and told you "its going to completely revolutionise the industry", you'd most certainly be skeptical and want to do your own testing - Which is exactly what hospitals do. Testing isn't done on 3 people and they go "wow look at that, bad air flow! lets buy 5,000 units!"
These tests are done on hundreds, if not thousands of people at each hospital. These people need to be tested, treated and subsequently assessed post treatment which can be months.

I think you;ve got tunnel vision which was clouded by the $2.70 spike last year, which was most certainly unjustified. The stock is where it should be comparative to its lifecycle, and if you cannot see that, sell and invest in an Index fund.
