All good mate.
I do agree with you - LRS mgt don't have a strong track record for being as open to communication with investors as other companies. An example would be ADN - who have a CEO that regularly entertains emails from investors.
I also agree, it's not how I would run my business. I would make sure that communication was a strong point.
I should also recognise that I tend to get a bit obsessive over details (just my personality), so I read every ANN down to the last word - but I appreciate not everyone is into this.
