you are right @beisha thats what has happened.(falling knife syndrome)...i will have tp school him on that...and i am guilty of over exuberance myself......clouding my judgement...i will take ownership of that.... guess that is what makes me human...long term for me LTR is a winner...but i do have to think about the people and family that i have put onto it...and there entry and exits..and their needs financially......thx for making me accountable...
