Not sure if you were able to watch the noosa mining conference, but Jdv seemed very optimistic imo qith fci. once quoted "as the Fci negotiating comes to and end" that finance will follow.
And that they will remain in tanzania until it is signed. I cant imagine them promising to stay unless if was coming to an end.
very interesting presentation and does give me a bit more confidence compared to the last video.
