thanks for mentioning it (I was going to, but don't like being too negative). To me it shows either :
1) a degree of contempt for the ASX rules and the shareholders - they say had better things to do than meet their obligations?
2) or just plain disorganised?

I'm not sure which one is worse... but either makes me wonder how much has *really* changed? Yes, different guy at the top, but there is more to the show than just him.

I'm hoping it's just the cynic in me over-reacting, but things like this don't instil much confidence - at a time when it's perhaps most needed
