Oh for goodness sakes people....600,000 shares is not an institutional quantity. I have half that amount myself, and though some might argue that I should be institutionalised, I'm not an institution.

Be reasonable! The share price has leapt from lofty high to lofty high for weeks. Some people will be very happy to take their profits at some point, and that point seems to have been reached. By the same reasoning, others are taking up positions at this level, and that amounts to typical market behaviour.

The reason that all those shares went off at "that precise session" is because they represent a single purchase of a group of different sells. So the buyer is one big fish, but the sellers are relative minnows in your example.

Sober assessment of the situation suggests to me that the share has taken a breather, and that is all. It might sink a bit further or it might not, but the long term prognosis for this patient is every bit as positive as it was two days ago when it rose some 20%. Nothing has changed except a bit of sentiment, and that can shift in the opposite direction quickly. There is little to stop PRR from climbing right back to where it was a day ago, and my bold guess is that that is exactly what is going to happen.

Good luck to all, be you long or short on PRR... but don't be a lemming. It will be hard to scramble back up the cliff face once you are off the edge.
