    From what I read BBI are worth .001 to .002 (thats .1 to .2 of one cent) after the 4c dividend. as VWAP for BEPPA is locked at .041 to .042 minus the 4c divvy, after BEPPA dilution there will be between 420 to 840 billion BBI shares see page 28 of prospectus.
