    i was wrong assuming conversion of beppa at 4c odd or 25BBI :1 Beppa. hence 43c implied value for 25bbi = 1.8c

    in reality they are converting at VWAP-4c and capped at 0.1c with 0.2c floor. so in fact each Beppa will get either 500 or 1000 BBI pending calculation of VWAP.

    the spp is at $5.02-$10.08 for a parcel of 15,000 shares or value circa 0.03c

    cheers. sorry for bad assumption. but not so bad for beppa.
