Yes landlords lost income from rent but interest rates also dropped substantially which has been very beneficial to them plus property prices have jumped at least 30% in the last two years.
If they owned the property outright without having a mortgage then yes they didn't get the interest rate reduction benefit but if they are that wealthy they didn't need a handout anyway.

Australian Catering staff who worked as contractors at the Airports for oversea's companies got nothing other than job seeker/new start and many were surviving on charity handouts......that's where job keeper should have gone and not to the rich who didn't need it.
