This announcement is basically 2 bites on the same cherry.
Firstly, there is the ramp potential of a non-existent Briquette deal so that management can sell off the last of their shares in whatever form it currently holds them.
Secondly, ASIC have played nicely into their hands as the fall guy who will be blamed for the company's inevitable demise. How very convenient that the reason they will state for closure will be ASIC's "unfair" heavy handed tactics, lol.
I don't know who I detest more, CVI or ASIC.
