    Hi All,
    For me, it is a technical Buy and I'm in @0.005
    My WLY Chart Moving Averages have crossed and they are rarely if ever wrong.
    It has closed at or above 0.005 for the previous 10 weeks.
    Volume was increasing last week.
    My only concern is lack of Volume this week.
    My upside Price Target is 0.02 [2c]
