It is short term overbought and it is Friday. Often Fridays reverse the mood of the previous 4 days.
As for the EW pattern, wave 5 may or may not be complete. It could be that we have only done wave i and ii of 5, so 2 more pops up would still be valid.
However leaving another gap again today (currently 21 on SPI) would only make the situation more dangerous.
