I'd guess a significant amount of the selling is coming from insiders that have a lot of their net worth concentrated in Duratec stock and who want to de risk from a personal wealth standpoint.
When one's personal wealth is so heavily concentrated in a micro cap contractor, even if the share price is undervalued, it's still quite rational from an individual perspective to sell some stock and diversify.
Therefore these insiders are good to buy stock from as their selling is somewhat indiscriminate of value and I do not share their net worth concentration issue.
In saying that, when you have this overhang, patience is likely required to realise the value discrepancy.
