Correct. And this is the problem with having so many retail holders holding millions of shares purchased at say below 10c entry price. It's easy for them to take the quick profits (say a $1-$2.50 offer) at the expense of the true value of the company. Sure, it will make a few very rich (good on them) but is this the desired outcome.
This is a problem partially created by the company under the guise of 'rewarding' the retail investor. Insto's would hold on for dear life to maximise their profits.
I offloaded ~25% of my holdings recently invest elsewhere so I'd want to see at least a $5 offer.
