Had to think for a moment but the clear desire to eliminate shorting and drive shareholder value while increasing capital reserves to guarantee going concern certification by auditors it certainly would be a plan to achieve all these aims:

1. Minimum dilution as fewer shares would be issued to LDA Capital due to a higher share price;

2. Such shares could be virtually removed from circulation by being locked up in ADR’s in the hands of US institutional value investors like ARK;

3. Increased demand for ADR’s by US institutions would continue upward pressure on the share price;

4. Shorts would be locked out;

5. Shareholder value would be maximised.

It is a compelling hypothesis you have posited. Ken Scarince is an experienced clever operator with a strong ethical core.
