Basically it spooks investors by increasing political risks and uncertainties. The GG were right imo to ban uranium extraction in my opinion - it's a complicated extractive process already plus the dust, post communuition, which contains traces of uranium going into tailings has the potential to be blown around the surrounding areas by the wind and wreak havoc with the eco system.
Luckily as confirmed by MJ himself 7 mths ago IBG doesn't have Uranium.
