    This is my understanding:
    you own 100,000 Anp shares (entitlement)
    Your cost $24,000

    so when you get your entitlement form


    You Bpay $24,000 plus another $24,000
    if you want another 100,000( shortfall)

    you will be refunded 1/2 - $12,000 if you only got 50,000 shortfall shares….

    IMO not a financial advisor just the Anp Police … lol
