The DFS assumed a USD$1,450 gold price. The payback period at the current price is about 1 year.
This company is an undervalued cash cow, in my view. Margin of USD$1,100, currently.
I can see a dividend paid in 2024.
Year 1 we repay Sprott
Year 2 drill Memot/buy Aust. company for franking credit purposes
Year 3 repay Sprott re acquisition
Year 4 Initial dividend
Year 5 produce 250,000oz plus per annum. Okvau 100k, Memot 100k, Aust. 50,000 plus.
Year 5 making $250,000,000 plus profit. What price gold then??? Talk about good prospects…
It’s dirt cheap and laughable this current price!
