Firstly, please do not treat my reply as financial advice because I’m not qualified and also giving advice is against HC rules.
Your description of the timetable for the Entitlement Offer basically agrees with my understanding. I would add that you would have had to have bought your shares on or before Thursday 11Nov to qualify, because the ex-entitlement date was Friday 12 Nov.
It is maybe worth noting that you can participate without the need to complete and return the paperwork. You can just pay the required amount by Bpay using the codes on the documentation. But ensure you pay in good time so the payment arrives before the cutoff of 29 Nov.
Make sure the company has your email address and your preference to use it for all comms. Otherwise you might not receive the offer paperwork in time.
