IMHO SYA Mg't has gutted international shareholders and Institutions for reckless MAJOR discount financings making the stock uninvestible for most (and me). It's a shame, but Mg't gutted shareholders recklessly time and time again. If they'd have done a secondary for even half the discounts they have in the US. mg't would have long been booted. Full stop. You do NOT see this - much less to this degree in major Western markets. SYA mg't proved they do not have global savvy for Capital Markets
