I disagree, if there was insider selling via the directors/founders that own over 35% of the company then there would have to be an appendix 3Y lodged notifying the market of the change of directors interest notice which has not happened
On another point, with the price sitting around at these levels just let the DRP do some work for you and compound your holdings at a discounted price
