Those numbers do sort of indicate a positive story, although in themselves they don't even show that the company will be profitable (if we plug in other numbers we know including estimated costs of production, other company cash burn and likely sales price, yes, then we can estimate likely company profits).
You say 33c is cheap. What would be fair? If it was 50c would that be a reasonable price? $1? $10? What's your estimate of fair value?
