Topping up for me. There was no obligation to mention efficacy so any indication is a big bonus. Not only did it show efficacy but importantly there was no inflammatory effect. Binding mechanics provides a means to engineer a better product and identify target patients but even if binding is considered a black box, the fact that it binds to GBM (somehow) is enough to proceed. The release of the information in a digestible manner is the next test.
