    Hi @timmi

I completely agree that Tim has a vision. It was his drive, vision and determination that got me in LTR to begin with, together with his own skin in the game. I hope LTR goes all the way with Tim behind it. The world needs more capitalists with a conscience, particularly a climate one. Money is clearly not his driving force. I support him 100% and his vision.

My point is because of his vision and the opportunity he has exploited (and to be fair as have the rest of the very excellent board) together with this moment of time in history that BHP and others will be compelled to try and buy it. LTR is the future, and traditional miners and refiners will be left out of the game. It has been shown that resources like LTR are not easy to find. So BHP and others are likely to try to buy us. Tim sounds as though he will resist it and fair enough, but it is not completely up to him. We will see is what I am saying. This is not about Tim's vision but about LTR and its resource.

There are two further points worth making here:

    1. Talk of a possible take over is not bad for LTR or we shareholders. It can create a platform under the price, attract new big investors and give the shorters sleepless nights. So even if it doesn't happen it is a positive topic and keeps the attention on LTR, its vision and is value.
    2. It may be wrong to assume that a BHP would not have the vision also and could not deliver what Tim has in mind better, or as well. It would resolve the funding issue and accelerate and enliven the whole Australian lithium hard rock industry as other mines/refineries in Australia could be next. This is the best way to meet demand.

Having said all of that please do not consider me as a holder who is against Tim's greater plan. I do support it and would only support a take over if Tim did. I agree that he may only support it if he sees his vision and legacy being preserved. It would be up to BHP to do that to win his support I suspect. If Tim does not support it then neither would I based on what I know of the man. I would be happy to follow his lead. It is important however for him and us to consider all options. Given his experience and age I believe he will do that. Cheers
