NOR have gone back to their old play of secret partners. Who could forget the time they said they were in deep discussions with 2 secret partners? The ASX forced NOR to name them: Oracle and Metaswitch.

What happened to Oracle? Apparently senior execs flew to Perth to meet the master mentor, according to NOR/Doz (I can't remember if it was either of these; often hard to separate them). NOR paid membership fees and hung out the shingle on the Oracle market place. And then what? Zero. Zip. Zilch. NOR has stopped paying their Oracle membership fees and Oracle have been dropped from announcements and Doz's posts.

Then we have Metaswitch. It is a technical partnership; meaning product compatibility. My take is NOR's VM App is tacked onto the end of Metaswitch's back-end system. NOR may have had a role in helping to install/modify Metaswitch's back-end system on a time and materials basis. NOR does not have a commercial relationship with Metaswitch. Metaswitch was first hinted at, and subsequently named, in the March Q 2019. More than 2.5 years later... Zero. Zip. Zilch. This is the NOR way. If anything was going to happen, it would have happened by now. 2.5-3 years is a lifetime in tech. Want proof of this "lifetime"? In the same timeframe from listing, NOR went through the product lifecycles of Corona 1.0 and 2.0, WorldPhone, Messenger, WiFi and Secure. A special shout-out to Secure; 100+ downloads in Google and hasn't been updated for 3+ years. Remember the time when all the FI's needed Secure or else they would cease to conform with new legislation? What a hoot!

So now NOR have found another 3 partner prospects. Who cares? The market does not. It is just another carrot dangled to keep the rusted on perma-bulls happy. These partners will go the same as the other 30+ names NOR has dropped into the bucket of hopelessness.

Doz, what is the your opinion on a possible partnership structure? What are the benefits to each party? What is the timeline for NOR to actually close a commercial arrangement with any/all of the 4 you continue to parrot?
