Quite easy to find current negatives and thanks for providing the opportunity to list them.
1. $52k cash at bank as per last Q. Although this will be boosted in the Dec Q by increased debt, R&D grant (most of which will be offset against the loan) and yet another 'Clayton's' CR via a new series of oppies. This should ensure the hamster wheel is operational for FY22.

2. NOR have not made a telco sale in 3 years and updates of the pilots have gone unreported. NOR have pushed out the timeline, again, to weeks and months. As such, there will not be a telco sale in 2021.

3. NOR have not commercialised a partnership, ever. And in the next week or 2, we will see Amelia's name added to the list of dead opportunities. NOR have been in talks with Metaswitch for nearly 3 years. When one understands the nature of "technical partnership" with Metaswitch, it is easy to draw the conclusion that their product and NOR's VN App are being used at Spark. Equally, it is easy to draw a conclusion that if something commercial was to evolve, it would have happened by now. It has not and will not.

4. NOR's Spark VM app has been stuck on 10k+m but less than 50k downloads for over a year. This equates to less than 5% uptake by Spark customers. It is little wonder that NOR went with the Sydney sparky fantasy user case and not the actual Spark user experience in the Google article. The shared revenue model died on first attempt. NOR will not be receiving any commish for excessive downloads. Further, due to the moribund experience with NOR tech. S[ark will not introduce a 'super=premium' VM offering with NOR AI.
