Look, you've got a valid point there. The only problem is that it's not only those holders currently suspended. We've got compliance and regulatory risk here through the roof. We have a CEO who just blatantly refused to answer ASX questions. And we've all been suspended for 2+ years because of the allegations facing the directors. So all holders, even those who only held for a day before the suspension, have a right to be unhappy about the information revealed since.
We should be focused on growth. We are getting no growth because the CEO is too busy fighting 3 court cases simultaneously. He'll blame ASX, sure, and the suspension is a huge factor, no doubt, but it doesn't change that our board are not exactly "100% focus on business".
