"Me thinks we will be in for a very nice Xmas this year........" To me, no doubt at all.

IMO, to have the Mining Minister telling in a video created by CRTV (a government-controlled radio and television service in Cameroon) that they are hoping the Mini Martap project will very soon be developed for the population and the State means a lot to Canyon and its shareholders.

Why would Cameroon produce this promotional video while all parties concerned are in country negotiating the Mining Convention/Mining Permit right now if she is not certain that the Mini Martap will take off soon?

I think the negotiations must be progressing very well in the last 3 weeks. Pretty sure good news is imminent.
