I am not suing OZL, IMF is.

If you had 20K swindled from you because of inaccurate statements and published lies, then surely you would want to recover your money, given it may be a legal right to do so e.g. claim loss or damages if the law was broken?

Yeh sure, if you hold out for many more months you may see the stock price recover, but the question remains that if one knew about the debt, then one would have sold his shares and not incurred such a loss, and could have invested the money better some where else.

That’s the whole point.
