The only items I am wondering is there is a mention of 10% minimum gross margin, but what sort of costs are going out and net profit after tax from these sales? Since margin and gross profit are one thing... but the very bottom line will be important.Good that they managed to do it at a premium to current price, although arguably would have been great up in the 3s had the share price held out. At least the options are out of the money some bit in the future, so unnecessary dilution should hopefully be kept to a minimum if they don't hit.Escrow period is only 6 months though, so not sure if this is a quick kick and flip they're hoping to pull.
