Where does it say that Tim Richard will be boots on ground? I'm very much hoping that to be the case, but from what I read it wasn't explicitly stated that he would be at site, just that he'd "be dedicating the majority of his time in the next two months with the Project Team overseeing site operations until the new Project Director is mobilized to site."
Is there something slippery in this sentence to give the impression of boots on ground when in fact it's all happening over a zoom?
