these statements were intentionally worked to flush out small holders like us. scare the hell out of us. When BEPPA rallied after that it was clear sign some thing is brewing. I still dint buy BEPPA again as BNB ghost was always back of my mind. Even ASX dint issue any speeding ticket. BIG guns win in the end and that is sad story. ASX will do nothing if they really wanted to they would have very well issued a speeding ticket when BEPPA rallied.
