I feel 30 questions would be a bit too many, as im sure some will be asked during question time as well..
At an average 3-4 minutes per question at least, for it to be asked and then answered clarified etc, you would stretch close to 2+ hours i would imagine, even longer if someone was to type it out previously plus the research..
I do feel that sending them prior would be beneficial as mentioned as they can provide more info and be better prepared, but i think we might need to narrow it down a bit to maybe 10-15 significant points from a time perspective.
If they are happy to spend as long as it takes then by all means we can go with more.
Im not sure how often such an audience is given as a meeting after a meeting with a selct group especially after just holding the AGM, so we wouldnt want to stretch the friensdhip and im sure it will see us in a better light future wise, if such an opportunity was to arrise again.
