wont go ahead unless the "deal" falls over... then they'll be a bargain with whatever there are of them multi baggers on market sure there'll be a bidding war. Doubt that wil happen tho. Likely we'll get an agreed price. So no china shares, no options unless the chinese bid too.
Lets hope UMC and their advisers are playing smart.
