how much can you invest?, page-7

Hi imho, I read it in the SPP document:

On page 7 there is a section called "CLASS ORDER [CO 09/425] COMPLIANCE" which describes what rules the SPP is made under. (I wont type out the whole paragraph).

On page 6 under "HOW MUCH CAN I INVEST? it refers to the compliance to CO 09/425 and states that "eligible shareholders may only aquire a maximum of A$15,000 worth of BLY shares under a share purchase plan in any 12 month period."

I interpret the above to mean if you've subsribed to the previous offer then you have to deduct the amount you purchased then from the $15K limit and that's what you can subsribe to this time. That's the way I read it anyway, but I could be wrong. To be certain, you should contact the SPP offer info line (1800781633 from anywhere in Australia between 8.30am-5.30pm Sydney time) to confirm - I would hate to steer anyone wrong.
