AC drilling makes a big garbled mess of the material. The composite sample is a mash up of whole lengths of the material.

The resampling appears to be based on picking out some of the material, washing it of debris (so as to avoid contaminating bedrock results) then assays what is known to be bedrock quartz.

This demonstrates what material is present in the bedrock, and what it contains (1oz/t material).

Gives the company an idea of what it's looking for and what it could find down there
