Market potentially sees BVSs technology less favorably with Vanguard using other tech providers for their administration
BVSs failure to acquire strategic targets is the nail in the coffin imo
Happy to be proven wrong but market seems to agree with me as the sp heads back towards IPO prices (ie below $2/share)
