I think the saying is you pay peanuts and get monkeys.
This company is fortunate enough to have been transformed and will make all shareholders consiiderable gains IMO.
To pay poor wages makes no economic sense. If you worked for a company and you where told no decent wages until success is acheived you would laugh at them, quality players will not laugh, they will just walk.
