@RaceOncology- my question also pertains to the contribution by the CAB and SAB to the direction of Race (combining my questions 1 and 2). As a company it may be difficult and/or inappropriate to attribute each decision or trial to the CAB or SAB. As a SH while we appreciate the need for these boards and their esteemed members, it is difficult to appreciate their contribution without any line of sight of how they are steering/ influencing the direction of trials or the company.

Again, not criticising just trying to understand how they contribute to our current trials and hence the future outcomes.

I completely appreciate that this is the case for the industry and also not just these CAB/SAB but also the BOD as SH can’t tell how each director is contributing to the growth of the company, so when it comes to re-election of the directors, the SH have to blindly follow the chairman unless it is utterly obvious what their mandate was and whether or not the company was able to achieve them based on publicly available information. (Again, I am not specifically talking about Race)
